Throughout her marketing career, Anja led cross-functional teams in strategic planning for product development and brand management projects. Most of her experience was with Hamilton Beach Brands, in both the US and Latin American divisions, but includes Hasbro and FTD as well.
Originally from North Carolina, Anja holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her arts experience includes 11 years of dance and 6 years as a voice actor, namely with Firehouse Radio Players. She also serves as President of the Board for the Friends of the Center for the Arts at Henrico High School.
Over the past 30 years Elaine has been an accomplished Client Relationship Manager in the IT/SAAS industry. She is an avid salsa dancer and performer, and enjoys all types of social dancing.
Elaine holds a degree in Computer Science and her 20 year salsa journey has led her to complete a BA in Spanish language from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016 as well as serving as Director of Development for 7 years at a community center for Spanish speaking immigrants based in Richmond, VA.
Kevin LaMarr Jones

Kevin LaMarr Jones is the Artistic Director and Founder of CLAVES UNIDOS, translated United Rhythms, a collective of artists that celebrates the unique ability of dance to build community, with a focus on celebrating the African heritage of the many beloved dance forms around the world. Since graduating with a B.F.A. in Dance and Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, Jones has become a graphic designer, dancer, choreographer, and producer based in Richmond, Virginia.
In addition to directing CLAVES UNIDOS, Jones’ portfolio includes 7 years as a professional company member with the Latin Ballet of Virginia and more than 18 years as an Designer and Art Director at Virginia Credit Union. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Dogtown Dance Theatre, his artistic home base since 2011, where he led community classes and created dance work in Dogtown's 109 W. 15th Street location for over a decade.
