Fees apply to use at four-hour intervals, per day. Dogtown Dance Theatre will be accessible two hours prior to the actual begin time.
Commercial rental rates* for the main level studio are as follows:

*Dogtown Dance Theatre studios are available to independent choreographers and non-profit organizations for rehearsals and performances at highly subsidized rates. Our venue offers a truly unique opportunity for artists to develop their work and for audiences to experience emerging artists. Please inquire within for details and rates.
Deposit
A reservation deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure a date. The deposit is non-refundable and will be credited toward the final amount due. The deposit, along with the signed contract, is required reserve your event.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Damage Deposit
A valid credit card number is required with the signed contract. The client will be notified within 30 days after the event if the credit card will be charged due to any damages to Dogtown Dance Theatre and/or noncompliance with any of the terms and conditions of the rental.
Refund Policy
If the function is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event, 50 percent of the deposit will be returned. If the function is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event date, the entire deposit is forfeited to Dogtown Dance Theatre.
